Welcome to the training resource about collaboration and teamwork!

One of the central activities in METEOR is peer mentoring groups, and the goal of this training resource is to provide a learning platform on the advantages, challenges, and dilemmas of collaboration in teamwork.

In your peer mentoring groups, you will work with participants from diverse research fields and universities. This variation in peer mentoring groups is both a potential and a challenge. The potential lies in the interdisciplinary approaches and different types of knowledge of the peer mentoring groups. The challenge relates to the ability to make these differences lead to synergy and innovative research thinking.

In the training resource, you will encounter perspectives and readings on the nature of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary teamwork in research.
