UNEB Introduces METEOR to Ph.D. Coordinators in Brazil

In July 2025, the Universidade do Estado da Bahia (UNEB) hosted a dedicated presentation of the METEOR project during its annual meeting of Ph.D. coordinators. The session aimed to introduce the METEOR Programme’s objectives and structure, encourage collaboration across faculties, and promote awareness of the upcoming recruitment phase among doctoral students and faculty members.

As one of Brazil’s leading public universities, UNEB plays a key role in shaping inclusive and interdisciplinary research across its 29 campuses. By engaging Ph.D. coordinators early, UNEB is helping to pave the way for active participation in METEOR’s activities and support for candidates interested in applying.
